Week 12 – 24. I found this.

Still on the autumn theme, this solitary leaf was in our daughter’s garage. I am not sure whether it had grown through the garage wall or had blown there. Either way, it was nicely framed by the bike rack.

Week 11 – 4. Aged/Ageing

365_12.10.17

Two shots at the theme. The ageing leaves with their beautiful autumn colour and the rusting wall behind. These were taken at our local IKEA store.

I took some  images of the leaves on the way into the store but on the way out the light was much better and really brought out the colour.

I am particularly partial to the wall/fence behind them. Each visit I take photographs as it rusts beautifully. i am a sucker for rust and this wall is a joy to photograph.

Week 28 – 12. Diamonds

We discovered a small cemetery near where we go for a coffee at one of the local Garden Centres. I did not take many pictures of graves – I always feel as if I am intruding. However there were plenty of other shapes and fences and interesting light to photograph.

This bauble, which I am offering as a entry for ‘diamonds’ was suspended on a tree in the middle of the Cemetery along with several other glass baubles. They looked endearing and caught the light in many different ways.
