Photo-a-Week Challenge

Week 6 – 40. Simplicity

I bought a light box to be used for tracing and in craft. I saw an article about using it as a prop for backlighting flowers. This is my first attempt. My next challenge is to get the background white in camera. I am sure there are other things I can use it for too. So lots more experimenting and research. Any hints and tips would be welcome.

  1. Trudie, I have never used a light box but feel sure one of our photographers has and can give you some helpful information. I always like seeing people try new things in their photography.

  2. This turned out really well. I am sure you will enjoy your light box.

  3. That is really pretty Trudie. I love the light box idea. It makes the flower pedals look so delicate.

  4. Thank you for your comments. I am enjoying trying new things again. The blog is stimulating me as I knew it would. I was having a dry time. It is good to get back into it again. Thanks for the inspiration!

  5. the flower looks beautiful. the white thing might be something with lighting. If you don’t get an answer here I’d look on you tube. You’d be surprised how many videos they have on every topic you can imagine.
